ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Greece announced plans on Monday to enhance parental oversight of mobile devices in 2025 through a government-operated app, that will help get digital age verification and browsing controls.

It’s already built into phones. If the kid is spending 10h on TikTok every day that’s on the parent.
Man if only every cellphone had this, they could call it app limits and parental controls and they could require a passcode in order to bypass the restriction. They could even do it by category of applications such as social media or entertainment.
Man that would be nice.
Being said I have to guestimate what’s past the first paragraph as it doesn’t load, but it seems to be reinventing the wheel here.
