  • I’m not sure why people downvoted instead of educating. To answer your question: no, it isn’t. It has been awhile since I’ve used torrents, so this may be a little out of date, but typically, within your P2P client you’ll have active “seeds,” including while you’re downloading. Some people immediately delete files from “active” after their download is complete. It is generally considered proper etiquette to leave the torrent active (at least) until it you have uploaded approximately 2x what you have downloaded. This helps keep torrents active and relatively quick, while not placing the bulk of the bandwidth burden on a few seeders.

Oh, ok. I just assumed a human study, but mice makes more sense. It certainly sounds like an interesting study. I find nutrition to be an engaging topic, especially considering the availability of choices that many have now. Thank you for answering my questions!

The increase in ear and nose hair is the only part of aging I despise, appearance wise. I don’t mind grays or wrinkles, but having hair sprouting out of my nose and ears is not only unsightly, but they can be physically bothersome as well. Fortunately, it is easily managed, but it is another thing added to my list of shit to do.

  • If they can sue for “damages,” then I believe that the rest of us should be able to form a class action suit. It is established that the fuel producers were aware of climate change caused by their product and saught to obfuscate the discourse surrounding it. This action has had actual measurable damages that would bankrupt them if they were actually held to account. The federal and state governments also have cause to sue because much of this burden has been borne by tax dollars. In fact, California should file a countersuit to recoupe the costs on public health, increased fire danger, economic losses caused by drought, lost tax income from early death, etc.
