Indeed, not that difficult.
So many things in my life would become sooo much shittier though. Like playing with my kids, riding a bike, all the sports I do, fixing things around the home… sex… 🫣 I’m so scared of having a broken body.

Just know this: I’m on board with everyone saying it would be good if AMD patched this for everyone. 🙂
But the airbag situation is different. The airbag vulnerability is something broken which already doesn’t work on the car. It’s broken before and after the crash.
But as I understood it, this vulnerability is only exploitable after the system has been compromised in some other way, first. So your system would have to first be compromised, then this vulnerability is exploitable. That’s like saying “your car radio will not function in this car, but only after the engine breaks.” It’s like 🤷♂️ OK, seems reasonable.
But the really bad thing IMO is that this vulnerability can cause permanent damage once exploited (?). That is super, super bad.
The thing about picking the lesser evil is that it’s supposed to make the sides compete against one another. It doesn’t take a single election to change the atmosphere of politics. It takes many iterations to make the politicians understand what the people want, if the only communication from the people is via voting.
That’s why you pick the lesser evil, because the only way they would otherwise make things worse is by joining up and working together to destroy the country and its people. But then you have bigger issues than democracy.
