Well folks, it finally happened. The screen in your pickup truck… your last bastion of peace from the chaos of unskippable advertisements… now plays popup ads. Not even subtle ones. We’re talking full-dash, head-unit-commandeering infomercial panels in your RAM 1500, like you’re driving a Times Square billboard on wheels.
On the one hand, lol. I hate massive pickup trucks so much and anything annoying the people who buy them brings me joy. On the other hand, this isn’t going to stop there…
I will die before I buy any vehicle that requires an internet connection.

Return it for a full refund as it’s dangerous then sue when they refuse.
Drivers should sue by saying it can distract drivers who attempt to return to the maps view.
Imagine being run over by a truck because the driver was trying to skip an ad
Imagine getting into an argument with the reaper about who you’re qualified to haunt because old fogey Death blames the driver and you blame a small group of CEOs.
I think you can bargain with death to take everyone
Eh, it’s a SUV. It doesn’t excuse this but you shouldn’t have bought that box of death on wheels in the first place.
You say that as if it won’t be in every other Stellantis vehicle momentarily, and from there spread to the rest of the industry.
