However, it is not my job to pay the workers or to champion their rights while I am on vacation; that is nonsense. Either their salary is included in the price of the product or not, that’s definitely NOT my business to care for that because I don’t run their business. I’m a customer and guest and I pay for all the service. But the price has to be quoted in advance, I don’t accept hidden costs.

Talk to the worker, or ask any random person you meet, even another patron. “Excusé moi how you say do we tip here?” They’ll tell you honestly.
