It looks like he spent a good while living out of it though https://theaimlesslywanderingartist.blogspot.com/2013/12/winter-comes-to-southern-california.html I’m pleased to have found this guy’s work - I have a lot of respect for carpentry done slower, with a focus on making each structure an art project at the same time.
